All
Team Members have safely returned from Louisiana. The entire team
did an amazing job adapting to a very challenging environment. We
would also like to thank BRP - Bombardier Recreational Products,
for the generous donation of boats and engines for this
response.
Many people had tried to move
their vehicles to higher ground.
From Mississippi South we had a
hard time getting gas
There was constant large
helicopter traffic.

Most single storey houses were
completely flooded.
Arriving after dark at the
boat launch - a highway off ramp.
In most cases we launched
the boats from city streets. In this case we are
backing up Chris S's truck. The water is just
deep enough to launch the boat.
Normally domesticated
animals were wandering around everywhere including
dogs, cats, horses and cattle.
