Debra retired as a Sergeant on
the Appleton Police Department, Wisconsin after 26 years. She was a
former K9 handler with that Department, trained at the Landes
Polizei schule fur Diensthundfuhrers in Stukenbrock, Germany
and is certified as a police dog instructor and judge.
She now operates FoxTal Training Center where she trains dogs for
law enforcement and gives private lessons.
During
her tenure at the Appleton Police Department, Debra also
served as Public Information Officer, and held positions as Crime
Analyst, Polygraph Examiner, Gang Investigation specialist,
Evidence Technician and was a member of the Death Investigation
Unit. Debra is also certified through the Federal Emergency
Management Agency in Incident Command System and numerous other
courses.
